-Can I send mail to the property?
•USPS does not provide service in the community. UPS and FedEx will be able to deliver to your home.
-How far is this property from Disney and Universal Studios parks?
•20 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal Studios.
-When will I receive my check in instructions? What is the check in process?
•Confirmation letters are sent 1 week prior to arrival, with door code and amenities access codes.
-How many cars can I park?
•You can park up to 3 cars on the driveway.
Please be aware there is no street parking. This is a matter of public safety and City of Kissimmee Fire Code. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in your driveways or extra parking spaces near the Clubhouse available on a first come first serve basis.
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time and cannot be parked within the Community. It will be towed at owner’s expense.
Other things to note
•Parking: Please be aware there is no street parking in the community.
To avoid possible towing please park in your drive way or marked parking spaces near your home.
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time. It is not permitted to park these type of vehicles within the community and will be towed at owner’s expense.
•HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee
•FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
•POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)
•TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES, WE ASK THAT OUR HOME BE LEFT IN SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.
